I think its a bit awkward just describing ones self over a blog. But I'll try my best. I'm a huge Liverpool fan and football fan in general. I love the sport because there's so much passion involved with it, and its also brilliant to watch. I'm somewhat "old school" on my outlook upon things. What i mean is I enjoy seeing loyalty and some sort of connection between things. For example when Liverpool's best striker at the time, Fernando Torres, left for chelsea on the last day of the transfer market (meaning we haven't been given time to find a replacement) and stated he is "finally at a big club" and having wanted to leave, when he's said hes happy at the club and never wants to leave, I (along with many other fans) had a new-found hatred towards the guy.
Anyway, my close mates and my family would generally say that I try to be a nice person, I like to joke around a lot (maybe a bit too much sometimes), and i just generally look to enjoy myself and have others around me enjoy themselves as well. However, one of the most important things is that I like to be real with people. By that I mean I don't enjoy lying to someones face, or acting kind to people whom I don't like. I kinda hope that people act that way with me as well. Like if a friends got a problem with something I've done I'd want them to tell me. Rather than keep it all bottled up and act kind when they've really got a sour taste in they're mouth from it.
So, now for my media comsumption, critiquing, and making. I'm not sure how much media I've made. I put up a few videos on youtube but nothing special and I haven't got a blog ('till now). I do have a facebook however, so I suppose all the media I do make is through that outlet. I do critique other peoples media all the time. When I "Like" somebody's photo or status, I'm telling them that I enjoyed it. I suppose that's Critiquing? I mean other than that I dislike youtube videos that are particularly horrid and like ones that are real nice. I'm also a fan of the website http://www.reddit.com/ . It's kind of rated R at times and although it's got some things that might be made for this class, its just a blog about people that try to post things for others to enjoy and have a laugh.
